There's really no "should" in that kind of question. The remark being made is a tribute to your knowledge and skills, a modest bit of deference, if you will.
If you want to respond politely, you might say that that's okay, I'm not too good at (naming the person's occupation or position). That way you've acknowledged the compliment, as well as the other party's expertise.
And, by the way, being computer-savvy isn't necessarily a mark of prestige or superiority. It's a skill, like many others.
