I moved to the uk first one year ago on a working holiday Visa. Then went back to South Africa and got a 5 year ancestrial Visa. What I want to know is is after five years will i legally be allowed to stay in the Uk or will i have to apply for nationality?
And also what is the difference between Nationality and citizenship?
Please help, any help will be greatly appreciated

You can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain after five years on an ancestry visa if you have been present and working here. You would need to pass the Life in the UK test shortly before making your application, which you should do in the last month before the five years is up. It is very important that you apply before your visa expires, or else you will become an overstayer.
After a year on ILR, you can apply for citizenship, which is generally the same as nationality.
