Sometimes the balls are still there, but they look kind of...deflated. My guess is that he's been neutered. Non neutered cats have very obvious testicles!

If you don't see anything dangling btwen his legs, he's neutered. It is very easy to tell if a male cat has not been neutered.

My cat has been nuetered but still has testicles. When we took him to the vet we questioned that. The vet squeezed them (ewww) & said you can tell because they feel hollow. (ewww) again. Unless you want to be squeezing the poor kitty you may never know.

Yes. If you don't see any testicles it has bean neutered. If you do them it has not bean neutered.

It's a little more difficult these days because when neutering some vets will leave the scrotum.
