I have a company that collects fees from the customer every month. How can I find a company that will allow me to deduct the amount owed from the customers bank account every month? (I realize I will need a voided check and permission from the customer, but I am unaware of how to search for a company who will provide this service to my business).

Thanks

I guess you just have to ask. I don't know what kind of company you are talking about but some are not equipped to offer automatic deductions.

Only a bank can do this.

You need to be set up as a customer of a commercial bank that offers cash management services. They will route your automatic debits through their automated clearing house connection (for a fee, of course).
