Try SmartMouth mouthwash. You can find it at CVS and Walgreens stores. It works wonders.

Bacteria is causing the bad breathe. Get a mouthwash or better yet, go into a pharmacy and ask to speak with a pharmacist on what's the best way for you. Other than this, go to a Dentist for a good gum cleaning and floss twice a day.

Bad breath is caused often because you haven't brushed and flossed well .If you don't keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they'll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. A few seeds of cardamom chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. A natural remedy for that is made by infusing dried sage in boiling water, letting it cool and taking it every day till the problem is solved. It is disgusting to drink, so I suppose you could add sage to food instead when you cook, which won't be so bad. Stress could be the reason for this, not necessarily your dental hygiene, or it might be a digestive disorder, so it's worth asking a pharmacist at your drug store for advice.

Yes, you have to brush your tounge just like your teeth. That white stuff is dead skin and crap that has built up on your tounge. You need to clean it off to keep your breath clean. Flossing helps to keep breath good too!
