I believe the general idea is "on accident."
Life itself is deemed a "miracle" (i use the word in its non-religious context) because of its high improbability.

It's entirely possible that the universe and everything in it came about without the aid of a conscious designer. I'm familiar with the typical creationist argument, that it's all too complicated to have happened "by accident". But that's just ignorant. Too complicated, compared to what? We are people. Tiny little insignificant specks, in the universe. The fact that it all seems complicated to us is hardly evidence that it must have been designed.
There might be a God, who created everything and everyone. But, as far as anyone in the world is currently able to know, there certainly doesn't have to be.

Who created you? Your parents.
Who created your parents? Your grand parents.
Who created your grand parents? Their parents and so on. It has been going on for ages. Do you know anyone that was created by God. You may say Adam and Eve. Does anyone have any evidence to prove it?
You and I and everyone we know wasn't created by God... That's the FACT no one can dispute.
Human being could have evolved from other being, or maybe Extra Terrestrial could have genetically modified Apes to Human or maybe Human were created by GOD.
Who is God?
If the 1st humans were indeed created by God... So What?
It doesn't matter unless God show itself to us. And if God want us worship him/her/it, then must prove to us that It exist. It is NOT logic to blindly accept the existence of God by referring to some books that were written by MAN some 2000-3500 years ago. Is there any so called Holy Books that were written by GOD? None!!!!

I was "created" by my parents fornication. They, in turn, were offspring of their parents, who were offspring of my great-grandparents, and so on. The same goes for all humans and their respective lineages.
Some people are quick to assume that there therefore must have been a "first" pair of humans who mated and started this whole process, but that's like saying the English language can be traced back to two people having the first conversation in English.
To continue with the language analogy: English as a language wasn't created in a day. It has changed a lot over the years and has its roots in old Germanic languages. Just compare a newspaper article of today to Shakespeare, and compare both to Beowulf, and you'll see what I mean. So the line defining "English" isn't so fine.
Likewise, we've learned through biology that humans have not-so-human-looking ancestors, who had even less human-looking ancestors, and so on, all the way back to BILLIONS of years (and that's a BIG, big number) to the first self-replicating organisms. These, in turn, come from self-replicating DNA, which came from amino acids. Or rather, the result of trillions of amino acids reacting in different ways over a billion years (which is enough time for anything to stick). Amino acids are made of simple compounds that exist in nature, and can form under natural conditions.
Now that sounds a little bit more reasonable and informative than "a big invisible man made two humans out of clay", doesn't it?

One day humans just started popping out. Like bubbles from a soap bath. Little lights would just float up from under a leaf and pop. Out would come a human. It just started happening one day until there was enough people to start the species. So here we are. No one created us we just sprouted from a people tree, pop.

It wasn't created.
See all you did was delay the question because now what or who created God. You didn't actually answer a thing, and you had no evidence to add the step.

Nothing.
We just happened.
To say we were created implies a creator with a target for it's creation. This is not what we see in reality.

Well, you see, it is like this:
A mommy and daddy have intercourse.Daddy gives mommy sperm. The sperm makes mommy's egg pregnant.Mommy then carries the baby in her tummy for 9 months. Then the baby comes out and there you go.You have just been created.
