I have an iso file which is in PAL format. I use nero to burn my DVD's. Now I want to but the iso file as a NTSC format so I can play it on my DVD player. Can I convert PAL to NTSC on nero?

As far as I am aware DVDs have no PAL/NTSC coding, just region coding. USA needs Reg 1, or Reg 0 (non region coded)

I think DVDShrink can "de-regionise" the DVDS, also I think "AnyDVD! does it too

OK Just checked, appears I am wrong, and there is a DVD/PAL encoding. Read up here for more info
