As in dating, yes he MUST. As in bf, yes he still should (mine do). As in hubby, well....my ex-hubby stopped after a while. All of the above I meant...car door. But it is only polite if the two of you are walking, the man should always reach out for the door unless his hands are filled with groceries lol

My hubby always opens the car door and any other door for me. He also tends to open store doors for any female if they r following us in he will let them go first. He's thinking about stopping that cuz they never even say thank u for gods sake!!! Last week I was coming out of walmart and had like 4 bags and a guy almost slammed the door in my face as he said "ya all wanted equal rights"!!!! Im just thankful my hubby is such a romantic

I do it whenever possible. Mostly opening the car door first before i go around to drive. I think it is a dying breed and more men would have more luck with women if they treated them as such.

No, as I don't have a girlfriend, but I do hold the door for strangers all the time.
It's just common courtesy!

I love when men open doors for me. I could be dressed in my sweats w/ no make-up, and still feel like a lady when a man does that. :)

Whoever gets to the door first opens it and holds it for the other one. Car doors and such its usually each to his/her own.
