How long is too long to dwell on it?

My bf found out that I had cheated on him once five months earlier. He decided that he wanted to still be with me even though he was very hurt. I understand that with that comes all the questions of why and how and even the disbelief that what you are saying about your feelings toward him are true. I can't help but wonder how long this should be acceptable from him?

Don't worry about it, thats not something to get hung up about, unless your just making excuses to kick your own self around, thats for him to worry about not you....
