My son is 20 months.

For breakfast he had milk, yogurt and a slice of cinnamon bread. Sometimes he has French Toast. Sometimes he likes a hard boiled egg. Sometimes he likes toast and jam. Sometimes a pancake.

For lunch he had milk, water, spinach & cheese ravioli and some of my pumpkin ravioli (at a restaurant). He also had 3 slices of tomato and a piece of bread. I ordered the tomatoes because he loves them. He had a small scoop of vanilla ice cream too. He was hungry!

Snack after his nap: milk and grapes

For dinner...don't know yet. We have to run to Giant so I may buy something then. Or it may be a McDonald's day. When that happens, I get it at the drive-thru and feed him at home. I give him 6 nuggets and take all the outer fried part off (he loves the soft chicken inside). Then he has a piece of fresh fruit (plum today) and a McD's yogurt parfait w/ berries. He never eats fries. So it's not THAT unhealthy! I try to do McD's only once in a while (3 or 4 times a month)

Breakfast:

Both girls (18 months and 4 yrs) had the same thing for breakfast: banana, a pancake, juice, and a piece of veggie sausage.

For lunch: The 4 year old is having a PBJ (everyday, PBJ!), pretzels, a GoGurt and some sliced strawberries
The 18 month old is having a Gerber Graduates Chicken with Rice, a yobaby, sliced strawberries

For Dinner: Hmph. Not really there yet but something with Broccoli. Maybe some baked chicken.

We aren't ALWAYS this healthy but do always go with at least one green veg a day and 2 fruits.
