Chicken salad filling bad for you?

Instead of eating chicken salad sandwiches for lunch, lately I've cut back by only eating the chicken salad filling with a side of cucumer salad. Is the chicken salad filling bad for you?

Make sure it is low fat dressing....and skinless chicken. Then it should be ok for you!
