Dreaming of a snake in shallow city water on the street, that
turned into a dog when pulled from the water, and then had
it's mouth tied with a white ribbon, and I was standing on the
side looking on to this waiting to board a Bus, to continue
on my way, but the Bus sped away, and left me stranded, a
deliberate act by the driver.

Snake represents deception or deceit or lies. Snake in shallow city water on the street represents deceptions or lies which are encounter while on the "path" going to and fro in everyday life. The reason the snake turns into a dog when pulled from the water is it represent a change in avenues to attack. Snake lies in water to attack and is limited, however dog is mobile and can go anywhere. Dog represent immoral issues or a person who is immoral. There are things which are trying to distract you from a goal you are trying to reach. You were distracted by issues long enough for the bus to leave you.

First of all, your power of observation is strong and you tend to notice things that escape others. At the same time, you see the mechanics of a given situations with prediction to the next step and knowledge of the previous step.

You are noticing vile and debase things that slither on the back streets of a given city. It is as the snake, you see the posion and danger.

The dog is yet a further danger that has emerged from the city sub culture and tolerance. It is dangerous by it's own right, but has been tied at the mouth with a white ribbon, otherwise the potential to inflict pain upon you. The dog leads the attack with the mouth, then it wrestles you down.

This white ribbon speaks of an intervention so that you may get full illumination from your observations, and that without personal harm.

The bus that speeds away. A rather uncomfortable and unsettling feeling. Some things you have depended upon will no longer be there, nor of service to you. This may include a time when the protection during your observation times may be lifted, thus leaving you exposed and targeted by the things around you.

Even though you have strong power of observation, and that with purpose, there is an element of denial in making right conclusions based on your observations. You practice denial because of preconceved ideas. This time of favored observation is coming to an end. Stop being obtuse and direct self to the proper conclusion.

Snakes bring wisdom of fertility, life and rebirth. They shed their skin to become new again.
Water cleanses and bathes away the negatives/dirt while a street shows a pathway.

So far this feels as though a change will happen or is happening in your life, for the best. That it is while you are on your journey/ or helping you back on your path to better things. It is washing away and placing negative things behind you so you can move on to something positive.

White stands for purity and cleansed energy. The fact that it's wrapped around the part of the snake that is dangerous may be telling you the worst is over-At least for now. That you can look forward to more positive things once changes are made.

You wait to board a bus-Transportation, so mayb eyou havn't quite made the transition just yet, and need to get on board this opportunity soon for a certain situation. You feel as though the chance has left you, which may be due to other universal actions-people or sitiatuations that makes you feel as though the chance for transitioning is gone-But it's not.
You can walk the street alone, no one needs to help you-B.c you no longer have the bus, it may take longer to walk but you will eventually get there.
I feel this dream is encouraging you to make a change for the positive in your life regarding a certain situation but it may be harder than you want it to be.

SORRY about that I missed the word DOG. I would only change the fact that the snake is now a loyal animal, trustworthy now. Their mouth is still tied with the purity of change, just has his teeth shut-So perhaps you can know it's safe still.

snake = fear
shallow city water on the street = desire, deception
turned into a dog when pulled from water = unexpected changes
mouth tied with white ribbon = desire
bus left you stranded = being left out

It seems like you may have encountered some fear in life, but this fear may be just temporarily and it is decision making related. You do not want unexpected changes, but they come to you anyway. Projecting snake turned into a dog shows emotionally you want to take charge of making decision. But you may have some obstacle that blocks from achieving your desire. That is why you vent this out in dream.

snake was an unknown danger. Turning to a muzzled dog was the danger was gone. The bus was your escape from the danger returning. Bus leaving was now you are still in a situation where the danger may return. Someone out to get you, maybe?

My mom always said that dreaming about dogs is a bad sign.
But then again...it might mean something else.
