I asked a question yesterday and was wanting an answer about another question related to it. Can I change(postpone) my shipping to basic training date?

yes, and no. you can not be in DEP longer than 12 months, and you run the very real risk of losing your A school if you delay. the date you ship to Great Lakes is directly affected by the date your A school Starts. If you cannot ship, there may not be another A school slot opening up any time soon..meaning you could lose your guaranteed rating.

You can try to talk to the recruiter but don't expect a miracle- you signed the papers afterall

yes depending on what your career is for the Air Force. I asked that too.
