You are not looking for an honest answer. Your tone of writing reveals that you are mocking and bating, not asking an honest question. The truth is that Jesus Christ is the head of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Our prophets and apostles do nothing other than what they are instructed by the Spirit. Jesus directs the affairs of this Church. The Bible states that the scriptures are of no private interpretation yet that is what the Christian world has been doing for nearly 2000 years. Joseph learned that fact when he tried to solve his dilemma by resorting to the Bible and then asking the various preachers what it meant. He got many disparate answers so he determined that the only way he could know was to do as the Bible directed and ask of God. He did so and was told clearly that he should join none of the various sects because they all were wrong. Thus began the saga of the grand restoration of all things as prophesied in the Bible. The New Testament prophesied that Christ should not come again until there should first come a falling away. That happened within two centuries after Christ's resurrection. Then came the dark ages, the time when the light of the gospel was not on the earth because there was no prophet to bring that light. After much waiting and preparation, the heavens were again opened and God and Christ appeared unto Joseph and the light of the gospel was again restored to the earth. Jesus is the Christ, our Lord, our Savior and our Redeemer. We are as Christian as Christian can be. Any who deny the reality of that position are in the gall of bitterness and have need to humble themselves in repentance. Yours truly, rac

To paraphrase Richard Jeni, I'm Baptist in the way that if a cow falls out of a tree it's a bird. I was born into a Baptist family but always hated the doctrine. I tried a lot of different churches and found I disagreed with all doctrines on some level, but primarily always on the issue of "We're right and everyone else will burn in hell for being wrong" stand. I am just a general Believer now, in the greater sense that I think a lot of faiths are close but none of them have nailed it. Take the best points of those doctrines and you have my belief systyem in general.

I was raised Lutheran so I am Lutheran by default. But I've been exposed to other denominations and might agree with their docterine more. Usually any denomination you look at will have alittle docterine you disagree with. You just kinda have to go with the big fundementals.

Heretic I guess. It's the only branch of Christianity worth belonging to in my opinion.

I am a follower of our Savior Jesus Christ, no branch, the whole tree.

Edit: in response to your additional details - I don't claim a denomination, so I guess, technically, I'm non-denominational Christian. My Church doesn't claim a denomination either. They are not baptist, Methodist, Protestant, Catholic, or anything, they are a church that teaches the Bible, and what Jesus taught.
