Yes, but the Bible says a lot of things that Christians no longer hold as part of the doctrine. We no longer sacrifice animals after having children, decline to eat shrimp, etc. Don't take it too literally. Just look at the overall tenets.

No. True Christianity is all about love and forgiveness.
The Old Testament's outrageous statement about stoning kids who disobey parents may well be an ancient Jewish Custom and may have nothing to do with God's command.
Both the Old Testament and the Holy Quran is filled with ancient customs and traditions that we sometimes mistake for God's laws.

No, that was an ancient practice performed by people from an entirely different culture. Christians do not teach their members to stone their children. You should go to church once in a while, you will see that we are not so evil.

Here is why you fail to understand what your asking.
Isa 44:18 They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; and their hearts, that they cannot understand.
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
2Peter 1:9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
But I do pray that some day you will understand.

Christianity says you are to obey the laws of the government, and if you stone someone, you will be charged accordingly

No....
That was an old testament law which was fulfilled by the arrival of Christ. We live under grace......we are not saved by keeping the law.
This is the same reason why we are not condemned for eating lobster.....as some of you seem to always try to point out.
