they bless it with holy water and in my language (chong dye) which is tying of a string to welcome as a blessing to the family and warn away any sprirts that try to haunt them at night.( they believe thats why babies cry so much at night) and you only shave the head after they become one.

I've not heard of Buddhist circumcision on babies. I think they tend to leave them alone. There are various ceremonies to help people deal with death - Tibetan Book of the Dead. In fact Tibetan Buddhism is just one big ceremony and ritual from morning to night.
Buddhists of all traditions can do exorcisms, blessing babies, blessing married couples, but usually the ceremonies are more about getting enlightened and not so much about worldly stuff.

Not that I am aware of, if they shave their heads it is after they reach a certain age and begin their studys...Buddhists are seperated into many dfferent sects (kind of like Christians) and not all believe the same things as the others. Buddhism isn't meant to be a religion but a moral code or philosophy...You can be any religion and still follow the path to enlightment.

my family and I are buddhist, but we never perform any special ceremonies like that. And I think circumcised is only for healthy. but even though we do all things like this, if our act is bad, it's not useful, right? it can't help us.

Any type of "celebration" is usually a cultural thing in Buddhist countries, etc., this also includes weddings as well.
