yes the £ is a giveaway that you are in the UK not the US so there are about 4.54 litres to a gallon.
£103 would buy you about 108 litres depending on the price you paid which works out at about 24 gallons. 1410 miles divided by 24 gallons equals roughly 59mpg.
So it is about 60mpg depending what price you paid for fuel and how accuractely you do your calculations. Next time it is worth writing down how many litres you buy rather than just the cost to get a more accurate result

How many gallons did you purchase for 103 pounds? How much is a gallon of gas? Divide 1410 by the number of gallons you purchased for 103 pounds and that gives you mpg.

Say £0.98 per ltre multiply by 4.5 and that is £4.41 per gallon
Divide 103 by 4.41 I reckon that is just over 23 gallons
Divide 1410 by 23 that is about 61 miles to the gallon
This is very high but I have recently done this on a motorway by keeping my speed down in a Honda Jazz

you need to find out how many gallons of fuel you filled up with you £103.00. Once you have this, divide the number of miles by the amount of gallons.... and you have your MPG.

Fuel is about 98p per litre, so with the amount you've spent on fuel you've used about 105 litres. There's 3.7854118 litres in a gallon, so you've probably used +/- 27.8 gallons. That means you're averaging about 50 - 51 miles per gallon.
