Absolutely. The judge told her what she needed to do to keep them and she didn't even make an attempt. I don't think they should have gone to the grandparents. Kevin should have them. He may be a loser and a women would be stupid to be with him, but I've never heard anything bad about the way he treats his kids. And when he has them, you don't hear anything about them, which is good. Plus, while Britney was out partying, he was meeting with lawyers and trying to figure out how to fight for his kids.

First off the grandparents are NOT the next of kin, Kevin is the father and unless he's proved unfit they will by law have to remain with him. Unless Brit petitions the courts for the grandparents to have them but wasnt long ago Brit gave her mom papers forbidding her to be around the boys if she was on any type of medication. That being said they boys were taken from Brittany (which by the way is my dogs name..lol) not because she failed a drug test but because she failed to comply with a court order thus in the eyes of the court potentially endangering the children. The court said she must
Sign up for parenting classes, agree to drug/alcohol testing/not drive the children around without a valid California drivers license(which she is currently has a suspended one)and she must sign the court orders within a given time period. She did NOT sign up for classes, agree to drug and alcohol testing or sign the court papers and she was seen on TMZ driving sean P around in her black Mercadies which led to the decision by the judge. Do I agree as a mother YES I do. If she was "trying" to do the right thing she'd have followed court orders.

Yes it was right............ She was given several things to do and she didn't............... they told her if she didn't this would happen.....
She went out the same night she was ordered not too, and she is driving with no license with them in the car.
she went to a tanning bed AFTER she was told to hand them over...... OHHH thats a loving mother.....
and its been on the news that Britney's mother is helping the ex husband. She went to court on his side because she said he is way better for the kids then her daughter......
She is not a fit mother..... the kids are trophies, prizes not children.
Britney had the gall to get a court order on her mom ( because it was her way to get even with her mom for siding with kevin) that if her mom was on any prescription drugs she couldnt be near the kids.....
thats kinda funny since she (Britney) is a stung out little tramp on the ILLEGAL DRUGS. Carma is a bit*h and it seems to have bit her in the rear this time.

I think it was. She chose not to comply with any of the judges orders. If some non-celebrity did that they would of had their children taken away so she deserved the same punishment. Those little boys need stability and right now she doesn't seem very stable.

Who are we to judge? That is the problem now...everyone wants to be a commentator, but no one is offering her real help.
She is human like everyone else. There are no perfect parents, therefore, there are no perfect people. She is allowed to f*up in life just like the next person and not be antagonized or ostracized for her actions.
And as far as her song sucking.....what was your last hit song that sold over a million copies?

Yes, I think it was very fair. Celebrity or not, her behavior shouldn't be tolerated as a custodial mother. This could be the very wake up call that she needs.

well it is the Right thing at the moment until she can prove she can be a responsible parent and Adult.She Never was able to be a kid and now that she has all this money she is acting like a child that she couldn't be.I hope she gets her life straightened out and gets her kids back.

my family once told me life is not always black and white, its always grey. Kfed and Britney aren't great parents but from what i heard brit does love her kids but kfed takes better care of them but we dont 'know of kfed loves them. love and taking care of someone don't alway come together. i think the kids should've gone to brit's family

the girl is not right and she doesnt deserve those kids. she handed those boys to k-feds people and then went a club in a micro mini dress and no panties her kids deserve a stable home i pray kevin can provide it for them

She should have lost them when she drove with her son in her lap! Kevin should have custody of his boys! if he didnt love them or care about them he wouldnt have fought so hard get custody of them. Brittany is an unfit mother. She rather party than spending time with her kids
