This phrase is meaningless. Perhaps you mean the Germanic languages. There are 3 groups of Germanic languages, the Northern Germanic languages, which include the Scandanavian languages, the West Germanic languages, which include English, Dutch, German, etc., and the East Germanic languages, which include Gothic, etc.
