How about a real surprise - like an unsolicited extra 15% discount on their next order? Or maybe pay for shipping?

Or a free box of whatever their most-used disposable item is - like latex gloves or face-masques etc.?

Include a card with the box or shipped order - telling them that you wanted to show them that you appreciate their business by giving them a deal / gift.

Doesn't sound very exciting - but it beats a box of chocolates.

Get them tooth brushes? I don't know... a fancy tube tooth paste?

A spell checker.

Throw one in for yourself while you're at it.
