Oooh! I have more than one!
John 16:32 "In this world you will have tribulation. But be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world."
Daniel 12: 4 "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased."
Daniel 10:12 "Fear not Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words."

For me it is Luke 24:46-48 "He told them, "This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things." First and foremost, I am an evangelist. I help and train others in evangelistic methods. While many people think that missionary work is done overseas, these verses show that missionary work can begin in our backyards. Whatever town you live in, that is your Jerusalem. A form of the Great Commission is found in all four of the Gospels, and the one in Luke puts a starting point, our home towns. This verse really came to light to me in 1997. I was beginning my journey into the ministry. I called all the churches in town and told them I was compiling a study on the total church attendance and comparing it to the total population. What I found was disturbing. I live in a town of 6500 people, of which 1400 went to church. That left 5100 people unchurched. Knowing that some may drive out of town, I concluded that at least 70% of my town was not in church. Along those same lines, less than 20% of the middle school and high school kids were in church. The disturbing thing to me at this time was: I live in what is considered the Bible belt, there are over 40 churches, covering a plethora of denominaitions, from Arminianism to Calvinism, Conservative to Liberal, bascially a church to fill whatever belief system someone has, in my hometown. While most churches promote an overseas missionary field, they tend to drop the ball on the backyard mission field. There are a lot of reasons for that, much too lengthy to go here, but none are acceptable in my opinion for spreading the Gospel in our hometowns. These verses help show the need within our own communities to spread the Gospel.

(Revelation 21:4) And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
(Psalm 37:10-11) . . .And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. . .
(Psalm 72:7) . . .In his days the righteous one will sprout, And the abundance of peace until the moon is no more. . .
Isaiah 2:4 : And he will certainly render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. And they will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.

1) John 3:16 -- "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
2) John 14:6 -- "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no [one] cometh unto the Father but by me."
3) Revelation 3:20 -- "Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any [one] hears my voice, and answereth the door, I will come in to [them] and sup with [them] and [they] with me."
These are all quotes from Jesus. I just love the words of Jesus!

Proverb 24:10-12 - "Pro 24:10 Your strength is small if you faint in the day of distress,
Pro 24:11 if you hold back to deliver those being taken to death, and those stumbling for killing.
Pro 24:12 For you say, Behold, we did not know this. Does not He who weighs the heart consider it? And the One who keeps your soul, does He not know? Yea, He repays to a man according to his work."

Ephesoins 2:8-10 my paster says that this sums up the hole Bible, i agree with him.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this is not of yourslves, it is a gift from God, not by works, so that no man can boast, for we r Gods workmanship, created in christ jeasus, to do good works, which was prepared in advanse by God.
I know it's not exactly the same... but it's close.
