Most white people, along with others, have come from hardship.
It ain't just the white people that are friendly honey!!! We are ALL friendly. I am white. But I have met numerous friendly people, black, white, mexican, chinese, indian, etc. that are just as friendly as the next person. Show anyone some love and you'll get it back tenfold!!!!!!!!
We ALL want a better life and sometimes it hard to remember that we're all in the same boat even though it don't always seem like it.

I've met friendly people of all races and ethnicities. I've met unfriendly people of all races and ethnicities.
In the US, the stereotype is that southerners are more friendly than those from the north.
THe stereotype is that small town folks are friendlier than big city dwellers.
It's all a matter of perspective.
