Oh sorry evry1, I'm in Oz (Australia), dialling 1831 before the number you call makes it silent/withheld. I did this to some one and within a few minutes they rang back!!! Just thought someone out there might know how they did it or perhaps it was pure coinsidence?

Whats 1831?
I thought *67 blocked your number from peoples caller ID's??

If you want to block your number from the person you're calling dial *67 before the number. I've never heard of 1831 working. Hope that helps!

Hi,
They could call you after perhaps they saw your number in the caller ID as 1831 does not block your number!

better be cautious next time!

*69 will give the person your phone number or they had caller ID on their phone and hit the ID number and returned your call.
