wondering if it is something serious. I have shooting pains and almost constant aching in both of my wrists and my knee and my foot, etc. Any idea what I should do?

Well, that describes what I deal with regularly and I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and osteo-arthritis. I was diagnosed before my 30th birthday.

If you visit the mayoclinic website and read up on fibromyalgia you may find that a lot of the symptoms align with what you're describing.

Best of luck, I hope you find a solution soon. I did the same thing, ignored the aches until it got too bad to ignore any more. I used some pharmacutical treatments and physical therapy to manage my flare ups, now I use physical therapy almost exclusively.

Try and ask your Dr. if you can get an MRI. That will show just about everything and hopefully where the pain is coming from.

Pain is a symptom that something is wrong. You should go to your doctor and get it figured out.
