The total resistance is 200 ohms and if the voltage is 220 volts, the current is 220 / 200 = 1.1 ampere and if the voltage is 110 volts, the current is 0.55 amperes.

Formula is Curent = Voltage / Resistance.

If any inductance is present in the circuit the effective current changes.
