Offended isn't really the right word.
I guess you're going for the angle that Christians tell non-Christian's we'll pray for them. Praying for someones salvation can't hurt them. They have free will..you cannot pray someone into submission.
Praying to Satan for someone would only mean you are praying they will reject God. Again...you can pray that and Satanists probably do, but you cannot pray someone into submission either.
When we pray for someone we pray that the truth will be revealed. I can tell you if you pray that to Satan he will not help you out. He hates the truth because it leads to Christ.

You cannot cast spells or bring your evil hearted desires upon the blood covered. Anything you say and do will come back upon your very head. If you don't believe me, try it.
I pray that the God of Creation bring things down upon you in a way that you will see his glory and know he is God. And I pray you will repent of your sinfulness.
For it is not the will of God that any should perish. God loves you and wants you to know it. He is there, you just choose to ignore him. Loving sin more then God keeps you from God. Realize that if you don't get forgiven for your sins, when you die, your soul will be cast into the fires of hell were it will be tormented day and night without ceasing.

go ahead all sinners need prayed for and the bible says to pray for your enemies i believe that if you pray for satan then the less power he has on you

I don't think anyone will be offended if a child prays. Didn't you know dear. God blessed the Children. Pray to whom ever makes your heart sing. :-)
