This could be from a former life. Past live regression with a physiologist could answer your question about this reoccurring so many times.
Also it could be that you are coming to the knowledge, as the Bible teaches that in the last days He would bring to our remembrance the things we knew before the world was. We are in the last days. We also have cellular memory from all of our past lives stored in every cell of our bodies. I know, but the Bible has several scriptures in it concerning reincarnation. One is very clear. Jesus even asked his disciples,"who do you say that I am They replied, some say you are so and so and even Elisha. Jesus replied, but Elisha has already come and they did with his what they would, and the disciples perceived that he spoke of John the Baptist, He plainly stated that John the Baptist was the reincarnation of Elisha. King James had many scriptures removed from our Chronicles concerning reincarnation because he could not control the masses. They just lived it up and said oh well, I'll get it right in the next life. I have not read these scriptures in a while so forgive me if I didn't quote the entire scriptures. From what I have read, most of the deleted teaching are in the Vatican and hidden away from the public.

It's called an illusory correlation error, caused by attentional bias. In reality you probably see Bibles quite often, but you aren't normally paying attention so you tend not to remember. This time you were thinking about the Bible, so you paid more attention.
It's the same thing when you learn a new word then see it everywhere. The word was already everywhere, but you normally aren't paying much attention. Later, when you're thinking about the word, you're more likely to notice it which creates the illusion that the word has become more common.
This effect leads to a belief that thinking about a subject is positively correlated with the frequency with which that subject appears in daily life.

It is the action of the Holy Spirit I believe and I have experienced this same (God moment) many times in my walk with Christ, it is like confirming action and when it happens we are usually left in wonderment.

The answer above from Elliot is, I believe, along the correct lines
Cognitive bias comes in many forms, such as 'confirmation bias':
"The tendency to search for or interpret information in a way that confirms one's preconceptions."

It's called co-creation. I understand what you mean totally.
It's a result of someone with hazel/green eyes usually using their creative visualization skills subconsciously.
