Not very likely (but does apply to different states) if you get points your insurance rate will go up. If you have two policies for each, and if it does go up, it will only affect the policy by which the bike is on. Hopes that help!

Any moving violation will go on your driving record, and at renewal time the insurance company will look at your driving record. Depending on their policy and the actual ticket, they may or may not increase your truck rates.
If it was over 100 on the motorcycle, you can bet they will. 5 over...well...probably not. Unless you have a bunch of them.

I am not very clear, because different states have differents insurance policies. I advise u to get on a site called bikerkiss. There are many motorcycle enthusiasts there. Maybe they can help u.

Yup. Your DL # shows your points. Insurance carriers run a MVR on your DL every 3-6 months. It may not come up right away, but it will come up and your insurance will go up!

Insurance companies generally use ANY excuse to put your rates up. They may not catch it though.

I would think so as it’s a mark against your license, and, that is what insurance companies go by.
Hard to say.
You got me thinking now!
