I was just wondering who was going, doesn't look like I'm gonna make it this year :(...dang it! and I really wanted to see how the COTs would run on a superspeedway.

I don't know what is holding you back but it better be important. If I had a serious shot @ going to Dega this weekend, I'd jump on it! It'd take a lot for me not to go. It's going to be one of the best races anyone has seen in a long, LONG time. Just wait my friends!

I've been to Dega 14 times. This race coming up used to be held in July. They moved it to October because of the brutal heat.
I won't be goning this year. My cousins and I have decided we're going to the Pepsi 400 instead. They've never been to a night race. (Iv'e been to Richmond and Bristol) So, that's where we're going next year.
Dega is the most exciting track on the curcuit, IMO. But, 14 times is plenty.

I am getting ready to leave tonight. Should place a bet on what lap Juan Problem Montoya will cause a wreck. And Jaques V. debut race? Should be interesting. My infield spot is at the fence in Turn 2! Wish you could go. Can you at least record the race on TV?

I'm going. I also went to Bristol this year so I'll have seen both first COT races. The first ever and the first plate race.
