You might try a motel or hotel. They have to have desk clerks at night. I don't know how much skill or education they require but you might want to check it out. If you have any grocery stores that are open 24 hours, they don't usually require much skill or education. You could also try a place that hires security guards.

Package handler for UPS. Even part-timeers get full benefits, including tuition reimbursement. Which might help that education thing. The pay's not bad either, and the holidays are your best chance of getting hired.

You can work in a factory. You usually don't need any education and most of them have 3 shifts. I work in a factory and i make more money than the girl that was valedictorian at graduation.
