I weigh myself in the morning and then I feel I can plan my meals for the day. I have managed to maintain my weight since the 17th August.

I just want to say congrats!!! You are doing a great job :) I don't think it is bad at all for you to weight yourself daily. But try to only do it once in the morning because I know from experience that seeing my weight fluctuate during the day is very frustrating and not an accurate measure of what I truly weigh.

Congratulations on your achievements! That must give you a great sense of accomplishment! I hope you've done it in a healthy manner...you have, right? In regards to weighing yourself, after I've reached my goal weight and my goal clothing size I start using the way my clothing fit instead of how much I weigh. I didn't want to start obsessing about the number on the scale because I would do that too, I would weigh myself every day and it just got to be too much. Try to do it maybe twice a week and see how that works for you.

Well done. I weigh myself every morning tbh. Just don't get too upset if you gain the odd pound. But I believe its good to keep an eye on things once a week is enough really. Once again Congratulations.

Yes, it is very normal wanting to weigh yourself daily. In fact, I like doing so to make sure the pounds don't creep back on. Plus, it is a great incentive to see the scales showing a weight loss! Congratulations!

I worked as a weight loss counselor for 2 years, I can tell you it is normal but not healthy..Your weight can fluctuate for different reasons...water weight etc. You need to weigh yourself only once weekly or twice at most. I know it can be an obsession, I used to weigh myself after everything I ate or if I had a BM...horrible..I know!

If I lost 48 lbs I would be proud to weigh myself every morning!
