English muffins can host a variety of breakfast foods.

Just toast one with butter or cream cheese or jam
Toast one and then add one or more of the following

a slice of cheese
a slice of ham
a cooked egg or scrambled eggs
peanut butter
crab meat (a crab mcmuffin!)
be creative, whatever you have in the fridge!

It's very portable, that's why mcdonalds makes a fortune from egg mcmuffins

or

Instant Breakfast is quick, my fam loves it as they are running out the door.

or

Omelets - mix up some eggs, throw them in a pan with green peppers, ham, cheese, whatever you have, Pretty quick, protein will keep you full longer than a bowl of cereal too.

Breakfast is a really tough meal for a lot of people. But it really is very important that everyone eats a healthy breakfast. At least try drinking a glass of skim milk every morning. This helps get your dairy needs but is also a decent source of protein. I would also try eating a fruit like maybe an apple, orange, or banana. Maybe even a cup of berries of some sort. Good whole grain cereals are okay but you have to make sure you pick out a good cereal. Most cereals have too much sugar in them and won't stick with you very long. They don't provide the needed energy and nutrients you need and only leave you more hungry sooner in the day. One cereal I would recommend is Special K, especially the extra protein kind. Hope that some of these suggestions help!

Oh yeah, by the way, yogurt is really great too!!! However, just be careful in picking out yogurt too because too many brands have way too much sugar in them. I would personally recommend Dannon Light and Fit yogurt. Hope it helps!

Bagels with cream cheese, peanut butter, or jelly. Any kind of fruit. Fruit muffins like bananas or blueberry. Toast with whatever. Those are all quick to make and pretty filling.

I don't like to eat soon after getting up, so back before I retired, I used to take a muffin or a banana along with me to my office and eat it an hour or so later when I was hungrier.

well i love mcdonalds. But instead of getting "eggs and bacon'', if you dont like breakfast foods---get yogurt, apples, raisons, a bagel, a plain muffin, etc.
you dont have to get the sausage and stuff to call it breakfast.
