Start a habit. Take it when you do some other activity you do on a daily basis. For example...take it with your morning coffee, and again when you are making dinner. You know you will be doing these certain activities anyway so it makes it easier to remember.

Establish a good routine and take your medication at the same time as you do something else that you already do every day. For example, do you brush your teeth every day without forgetting? Brush your hair? Wash your face? Eat breakfast/lunch? Put on your socks? Pick anything, no matter how small, that you do every day without fail. Then put your medication close to something that you need to complete that task and take your medication at the same time you do that. (Example - if you choose brushing your teeth, put your medication with your toothbrush.) Once you get into a routine of taking your medication along with the task you already never forget, you will stop forgetting to take your medication.

I think Kelly P has a great idea. But something a little less painful would be to buy one of those little plastic containers that are divided up into 14 compartments. One for morning and one for night of each day. Put the medication you need to take in the corresponding compartment and then carry it with you wherever you are. It will be a physical reminder to take the medication and you know if the compartment is empty that you have already done it for that time of day.
