Nearly everyone who has answered so far has said, correctly, that it means "I love you, my love" but even the person who moaned about the standard of English and Spanish in Yahoo Answers has not spelt it strictly correctly: it should be "Te quiero, amor mío" (with an accent on the "i" of "mío")

If it were Spanish it would say like this:
Te quiero, amor mio which is I adore you(want you ) my love.
You wrote it like in italian or you just left out a few letters. But even in Italian it is the same.
Which comes down to: My darling, I love you.
