Wow, so many things... first sight is physical, then smell (hypnotic poison is a personal fav) - not outwardly slutty in appearance or dress, a challenging personality.
But if you mean what is a turn on as in after you meet or are in a relationship - i think it is open honest and frequent sex. Where the lady lets you know she wants you as much as you want her, if she sneaks a secret little rub in a public place as a promise of more to come, some exhibitionism, when she is the pursuer. It makes the guy feel good to know he is wanted too.

Honesty. Good sense of humor. Optimism. Fun-loving. Loyalty. Devotion. Ability to get along well with others (including family). Confidence. Someone who is comfortable in their own skin, regardless of the amount or shape of the skin. Its true that looks may be what turn our heads, but the above qualities are what close the deal.

It's not only the outer looks, it has to do with how she carries herself. Confidence, class, a bit sassyness, shy to a point, an inner glow. You can tell if she takes care of herself, that's important....if she puts the effort into herself as far as presentation...then she will when it comes to being with you. Nothing beats a fine looking butt, and wearing the right clothes to accent the sculptured body......
