I have something to get off my chest that is really important and I will not be at peace until I do but I haven't spoken to him in two days, what other way can I let him know what I need to let him know? Should I show up at his house? If yes, how long should I give him to call me before I do that?

If he refuses to speak to you then it's time for you to stop wasting your time. It sounds like he's not interested in what you have to say so leave it alone and get on with your life.

I would say call him in a week .... if not longer. Then suggest you meet up somewhere. If he refuses, then I wouldn't tell him. You'll only be setting yourself up to get hurt. (I'm assuming you are going to tell him you like/love him?) If he does meet you, tell him and see where things go from there.
Just don't make yourself seem desperate. Major turnoff!!
