After 35 years of trying various diets, losing and gaining weight again I discoverd what works for me:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Do an hour of cardio exercise AT LEAST 3 times a week.
3. Add muscle mass to tone and burn extra calories.
4. Watch what you eat most of the time. Be sensible and don't over eat. Never deprieve yourself of any one food, just keep it all within reason.
Sorry, no miracle diet. Reduce calories in, increase calories out.

hi, i went on a cereal diet for about 3 month! i was eating kellogs strawberries flakes. I liked it.
1 serving in the morning
1-2 servings in the afternon
1-2 servingsand then in the evenings
in between i ate fruits and all i drank was water and water with lemon. after i lost the fat i went to eating lots of protiens and regular food but i got into a gym and started working out. Till this day i still watch what i eat and go to the gym.

I have to say weight watchers. I lost 48lbs.
I joined on 21st March 2007 and reached my goal weight on 17th August 2007. I followed their core diet. Being able to attend their weekly meetings really helps. You get a lot of support from their leaders and loads of information about healthy eating, meal plans etc.
I am now a gold member and can weigh in free of charge, this way I still have full support to help me maintain my weight.
It has taught me about healthy eating. I have also joined a gym.
The results are absolutely amazing. I dropped 4 dress sizes. I feel confident, happy and healthy. It has changed my life.

the greatest diet is do not eat after 18:00 p.m. & try to eat less bread, just have 2 slices of brown for breakfast a day...i reduced about 1 kg within 2 weeks & no any harm for ur health!

Honestly, I have tried it all and Eating fresh fruits and veggies all day long works the best. No eating after 6:00. unless calorieless foods.
