I respect people who stand up for their team, but come on, it was just a little joke. What I don't respect is those who answered the question literally. Wow! Buy a sarcasm-meter.
Most of all I appreciate a Leafs fan with a sense of humour. The winner is obvious.

not yet and actually, history is on their side that they'll make the playoffs...
They haven't the last two seasons but it's been since the 20's since a Leaf team hasn't made the playoffs in three consecutive seasons...
Hope runs eternal in the Leaf Nation despite what Ferguson is doing to them.

yea look the leaf have been given no adult males that could score a hundred factor or 30 plus targets they % offeces and look luke shenn isnt going to help them they could desire to apply this 2009 %. for tavares or luke shenn brother.if the leafs traded that %. for not something they are executed the selections cant help them not something will

hey hab fan, as I recall your team didn't make it last year and the leafs finished the season with more points. I don't think you should putting any team down, since your team hasn't been doing anything.
and no the Leafs have not been eliminated, it;s a long way to go before anyone can see a true picture.

I'm pretty sure a team isn't mathematically eliminated until they fail to win more enough games to be in their conference's top 8
