Her main job is to be herself! She should support her husband in the way that is satisfactory to both of THEM. Naturally, she should attend church. She should also find her niche and do the work of God there. Her major role is to support her husband and promote God/Jesus. She should not be expected to be at the church everytime the doors are open. Nor should she be expected to have all the answers to anything! If a pastor's wife is painfully shy there's no way she should be expected to lead a bible study or sing a solo etc.... The world has changed and the role of a pastors wife has changed with it. These days the pastors wife may also be a pastor or the head of her own business! There's no description that will fit all of these women.

Obviously, a pastor's wife will be scrutinized more than anyone. She should be a woman of good character..........a Godly woman who is a great example to other women.
