If you mean he's a male teacher and he's hitting on you, yes. If you are at school, go to the principal. If you are at college, go to the dean. Get support from the student counselling service at the same time.

I thnik the Brown family because they have parents, granparent and great grandparents who are English. I think that is mean, I know English people (im English) were ans still are white, but there is nothing wrong with being Black, because if you are born in England you are English oh and btw, speaking English and being English are two different things-you have to have Englih parents or be born in England to be English, if you speak English it does not mean you are are English (to that person that said if someone speaks English they are English).

weird. maybe he just likes that song or is trying to be funny. I had a few of those in my school days. but if you feel he is singing to you, or he is singing it to you. then I bet he wants to buy you a drink. or just take you home and have his way with you. either way. i would report it. tell a school official like the principal or a councilor.

Is your teacher's name Mary Kay Letorneau? If so, then it's not out of character. Otherwise, class is probably not the best environment for him/her to be saying this to you... Of course, unless you are sleeping with him/her.

It's literally against the law for teachers to make comments such as that one, and criminal lawyers and school administrators would both agree. Talk to your principal/dean about it if it bothers you. Chances are, that teacher won't be your teacher for much longer once you report it.

Is this a real song that your teacher is singing? If not, ask your friends if this song has been sang to them and decide whether you think you should take this situation further to a year adviser or superior teacher.

does he sing it to you in special?
If he does you should kinda worry and try to avoid you two being alone. And do not speak to him if not needed.
If he sings it in regular you don't need to worry.

Yes.
I think you should worry...Report it.
Especially if he's singing it to someone specific.
That seems very wrong.
