I found this information on the internet, although they say they are Wholesalers, maybe it will help in some way, This site says they do design "Western" wedding gowns with trains and veils etc... I also saw many "evening gown" style dresses on some sites, maybe you can find something in Delhi in that type of gown and get your veil, etc off of Ebay. the only other alternative I can think of is to hire someone to make your gown for you. I don't know how far off your wedding is, but it is another option.
