no big explanation needed here. god is love therefore conquers all. what or who is more powerful than god.
and he states that he can overcome the world or he has overcome the world=conquers all.

No. Love is great, but it can't conquer all. I wish we could love these things to death: hunger, homelessness, war, poverty, famine, crime.....the list is endless.

It's a nice ideal, but not true. It doesn't pay the bills, it doesn't cure laziness or being a slob, it doesn't make you motivated, etc. You can love them but not like them very much.
