I don't know about all of them. These are the ones I know...
Buttercream: Thick consistency, very sweet, good for decoration.

Fluffy frosting: Sweet, consistency of marshmallow fluff, tastes a bit like marshmallow.

Royal: Dries very hard. Used for making decorations only. Sweet taste, but crunchy.

Chocolate fudge: Sweet, chocolaty. Good for icing cakes. Heavier than buttercream.

Whipped Cream: Very light texture. Light sweet flavor. Good for frosting cakes. Must be refridgerated.

Hope it helps. Those are all I know.
