Not necessarily -- this is more of a biological response to a mental / emotional subject that has reached a point of hormonal attraction !! An element OF love, for sure, but quite apart From it as well !!
Love, as defined by a great number of people in modern society, doesn't go much deeper than this however (for THIS is a part of the "thrill" factor within "Love") -- and then, people wonder why "love" disappears once the "newness" (or, the initial "thrill") of a relationship is over !!
Best, to be calling this "A Strong Attraction" FAR faster than "Love" !! Love (in the truest sense) has this element BUT it also has a number of Very Important Others as well -- the most notable -- the feeling that this other person's well-being is Far more important than even your own !!

Love begins when you see a person you really like. Your heart beats faster because you are afraid that the person you really like might not get a response or you may think that that particular person may have a special one.

Not really. It is most likely not love. Just a reaction to what you are thinking it might be. It might be the start of something that could turn in to love some day.

i guess not. it just chemistry, and it's part of liking someone before it turn's to love. love is far more than just heart beating faster and stuff. it takes process. you need to know them first, and know how they feel about you, and your heart will grow and grow and become love. what you feel now is just falling in love and surely it feels wonderful! good luck!

Not necessarily...it could be just lust, a crush, what have you. You may have chemistry with this person, find them attractive, but unless it's reciprocated, it's not going anywhere, sorry.

I think that is called attraction..
It can develop easily into love.
love has to do more that just heart beats.
love isn't just felt but decided.
love has to do more of care and affection.
