Don't you people have a theory of your own that doesn't come out of some book? geeeez

People have been relying on man's wisdom instead of God's from the beginning. Evolution is a weak theory and has no proof. Evolutionists look at adaptation and call it evolution. They have to stretch their imaginations to make things fit, as all life is interrelated.

The answers are there. A loving God gave us plenty of mysteries to give man much to think about, and to find out about. The wise scientists try to figure out how God did it. The self righteous ones try to figure out how to fit man's theories into how God did it.

The casual reader of the scriptures, and the rejectors of modern revelation, will never figure it out for real until they give up their biases.

We believe the glory of God is intelligence. We are expected to question and learn. Only we aren't to put our faith in the arm of flesh. We are to humbly, not arrogantly, search for truth.

Hmm let me think about this... speaking about evolution and quoting the founder of evolution theory whilst doing so? Surely not.

Being more realistic, I see more creationists quoting Darwin (nearly always the apparent irriduceable complexity of the eye quote from The Origin of Species, nearly always missing the possible method that subsequently followed) than so-called "followers of evolutionism". Those with an education would know to quote a modern scientist who's more likely to have his facts up-to-date than a guy from the 19th century who couldn't even have had knowledge of genetics (due to discovery some hundred years later).

I remember quoting Mark Twain recently. And Douglas Adams a while back - they were witty quotes that I can't take credit for. I've never quoted Darwin and I've probably read more of his work than most people here. And I've never seen anyone you'd call an evolutionist copy-paste screeds of unreadable gibberish to make a point.

So it sounds like you're breaking the old ninth commandment again. Hell for you, buddy!

As if the same thing can't be said of Christians and the bible. Don't you people have some religion that doesn't come out of the bible?

For the record, I know for a fact that you are not a Christian, but an arrogant fool. Christ never made it a practice of speaking to others with the level of disrespect that you have shown here. The only person who speaks like you, is Satan!

Most of the details Darwin came up with were not entirely correct anyways. Pretty much, only his overall idea was correct. It's been years in the refining.

Besides, I see more Christians quoting him than I do scientists... pity the Christians inevitably only quote half of what he said and fail to quote the other half where he refutes the first half of what he said.

as the old joke says: if we evolved from monkeys why are there still monkeys?
Darwin did not come up with evolution on his own he took from others one of them being his own father. His father and grandfather both hated religion and did everything they could to defeat it.
Its funny to me to see on TV all the ads asking for money to help save the animals on the Galapagos Islands because they are dying. If they are evolving maybe they are supposed to die so some other species can take over. Let them evolve........
If you will honestly think about it where are all the bones of the animals that changed or the fossils of something that didn't quite make it all the way?
Where are the bones?

"Don't you people have a theory of your own that doesn't come out of some book? geeeez"

If that isn't the pot calling the kettle black, I don't know what is.

Coming from someone who isn't able to see beyond their own Bible....this question is just stupid.

good question, I do believe though that those who do is because they haven't really studied the theory and don't really know the intricate aspects of what he wrote. he was and still is the father of evolutionary theory and I think that is why many quote him, but they should point towards further more modern evidence if they really wish to refute the creation stories.

Are you stupid?

Darwin is the pioneer of the evolution theory...

He proposed it... So much of the research done about evolutionary progression is based on his studies...

geez, go to school man, or a better one if your school sucks...
