indeed, a human you are. a mere sand grain going by the wind. yet, a sand grain is a universe within. billions of molecules and atoms, most tiny particles of them, as many as an eye can see stars in the sky above. a shining universe almost not seen on the ground.
a body of quadrillion cells, all working together, each cell is an own world with it's inhabitants who always are busy and strive to live on.
significance does not generally depend on the size. it depends on the attitude. and the attitude depends on your wishes. if you do not wish to be insignificant, do not be insignificant. it's just that simple. it's no reason to be upset, yet an opportunity to learn.

No.... You truly exist. God has given you life. you are functional; therefore you exist. God made you in Christlikeness for a purpose. You live and exist by His glory and grace.
