There is this guy who likes me and wants to go out with me but i only like him as a friend and will only ever like him as a friend. But then there is this other guy who is nice and cute but there are 3 problems.
1. my sisters dont like him
2. he has dumped other girls in the past because he falls for someone else (which has been me every time)
3.he says he doesnt like me anymore but i cant bring bmy self to believing him.
He is acting like he is flirting but im not sure.
Im going to the beach with both of them tomorrow what should i do???

Okay, the guy friend. Obviously you're not interested him and he's just going to stay as friends. Make it clear to him. Don't give him any mix signals that will make him think that you two can have something more than friends.
As for the nice and cute guy. First of all, your sisters aren't the ones who's going to date him. Why do you even care what they think? It's not like you're jumping into a marriage. You're just trying to meet/date new people. Don't think because your sisters don't like him and you shouldn't go for it.
Secondly, he sounds like a player or he's not a player. There are always 2 sides in a situation. He dumped those girls maybe he knew they weren't right for him. After all, isn't dating /relationships are a process of looking for the right person to be with the rest of your life?
Lastly, the reverse psychology effect. People usually do that. When he say he's not into you anymore, it might try to make you want him more. Because most of the time people tend to go for what they can't have. If you're interested in the guy, go out on a date with him and see how it goes. Just remember don't put too much thought what will happen to the both of you in the future, etc... Just live/feel/absorb the moment.

If you are a child of God and you believe in prayer, I will advise that you pray for God to guide you.
In the interim, I will also advise that you forget the guy who has an ugly past. If you think you can go out with him, what then made you to believe or think that he will not dump you like he did to other girls you mentioned.
Howbeit, follow your instict and be nice without being rude to the one you do not like.

Act normal and treat them both like friends. I know how how do you feel and be cool for both of them. One man you like is immature and other man he likes you is not your choice. Well learn how to cool things down and let it be. Do not push and stress yourself yet and you are too young to get tango for nothing. I am sure the guy whom you likes will grow up while the mature guy will leave. Time will tells. Be cool and then everything will fall through.

Dont do anything. Just let them do what they want. In fact its a good opportunity to see how they compete. Just behave like you dont want to date anyone of them. Dont decide now...take your time!

Hang out with the friend that one need to grow up. Beside if he really want you he wouldn't have done you like that. He don't want you with no one else because he is unhappy.

Ask them both to, You know, find you someone that you can respect and care for that will love you back. Tell them that their friendship means a lot to you and you know that they would never hook you up with a looser or cheater.

you need to be honest and tell them both how u feel. dont lead the one who likes you on and dont be mean to the other.
