Actually it is just "another beer" instead of still another beer. Noch ein bier, bitte (Another beer, please) got me through Germany :-) The literal translation of the words includes the still, but in Germany it is just considered another beer.

Type it into the Babelfish translation engine and you'll find out it means "Still another beer." A least that's what it means in German. It might have a different meaning in Austrian.
