You need to see a doctor to get evaluated. I don't know what it is. It could be phlegm or worms, who knows? See a doctor.

I've had these since I was a child and I'm 34 now so they're not serious. Sometimes you can feel them at the back of your mouth and they can be quite diificult to shift but I always get a feeling of satisfaction when I have successfully gotten it out.
They smell foul so it's best not to squash it when you have it on your finger!

If you still have your tonsils and I had this when I was younger but mine were yellowish sometimes anyway they come out of your tonsils look and see if you have craters on them Also its like an infection (tonsillitis) .

THESE ARE CALLED TONSIL STONES. THEY'RE NOT HARMFUL. THOSE WITH TONSILS SOMETIMES GET THESE.
THEY ARE MADE UP OF DEAD BACTERIA AND BODY FLUIDS THAT HAVE SOLIDIFIED INTO A SOLID MASS.

they could be bits of food... or maybe bits of built up dead tastebuds, because they die everyday.

You should probably go see your doctor.
But are you sick? maybe that's causing it.
