7 girls two nipples each. Each girl has 7 bags. With 7 Big Cats in each bag which makes 49 cats. Now each cat has 7 Little cats which makes 343 cats. Each cat has 7 nipples so you times 343*7 which is 2401 now add the girls nipples which is 12 and you get the awancer 2413.

My interpretation.
Though technically indeterminate since you don't know how many males (who also have nipples) might be on the bus, for the sake of the riddle I am going to say 14. 2 for each girl.
I will not count all the cats' because due to the usually precise nature of the language in riddles, they do not count as "in the bus" because all of the cats are "in a bag in a bus" which is technically different than, "in a bus"
So, technically indeterminate, but for the sake of whatever, 14 nipples in the bus!

7 little cats in each bag means that there are 49 nipples in each bag and 49 times 7 equals 343. so add the 7 big cats and you end up with 343 plus 49 equals 392.then you multiply the 7 bags times 392 and you get 2744 as far as the girls 2 times 7 equals 14. so you add 2744plus 14 equals 2758.
